Comprising a bin pump and an ash silo, a first ash conveying pipeline and a second ash conveying pipeline are symmetrically arranged at the two ends of the lower portion of the bin pump, the second ash conveying pipeline is connected with the ash silo, an air inlet valve is arranged on the first ash conveying pipeline, and a plurality of fluidization air structures are arranged on the lower portion of the bin pump. The fluidization air structure is arranged on the lower portion of the bin pump so that dust can flow on the lower portion of the bin pump in a sinking and stacking mode, dust conveying blockage is avoided, and the beneficial effects of being high in dust conveying efficiency and good in dust conveying effect are achieved.
