Impinging stream boiling reaction device and method for producing polyolefin elastomer

The invention provides a reaction device for producing a polyolefin elastomer by using an impinging stream boiling reactor, which mainly comprises an ethylene feed port, an alpha-olefin feed port, a solvent feed port, a cocatalyst feed port, a main catalyst feed port, a reaction product discharge port, the impinging stream boiling reactor, a condenser, a condensate tank and a condensate reflux pump, the liquid injection pump and the reaction material circulating pump are connected through the pipeline. The invention also provides a method for producing the polyolefin elastomer. Results show that the method for producing the polyolefin elastomer provided by the invention can effectively improve the mass transfer capacity of the reaction kettle and increase the utilization rate of raw materials; reaction heat can be effectively removed through gas-phase heat transfer, the temperature stability in the reaction kettle is ensured, the reaction effect is improved, and the service life of the catalyst is prolonged;
