Zusammenfassung:	The invention discloses a medical image operation state recording and playback method, which comprises the following steps of: using an image recording and playback system comprising a network server and a client, and recording and playing back medical image operation by using the image recording and playback system; recording refers to that when a user operates a medical image displayed in a client interface, the image recording and playing system creates a state file in a json format, records user operation in the state file according to a time sequence, and uploads the state file to a network server; the playback means that the client communicates with the network server, the client loads and displays the medical image on an interface of the client, the network server extracts a state file which is specified by a user instruction and is associated with the medical image, and the image recording and playing system reads the extracted state file and displays user operation. According to the medical image ope
