Zusammenfassung:The method and the system relate to the technical field of power systems, and comprise the following steps: constructing a double-fed fan inertia mathematical model in a variable wind speed scene by using a double-fed fan as an interference model of a disturbance source in a variable wind speed scene in an MPPT mode; according to the discrete model of the inertia of the doubly-fed fan, constructing a least square form model of the inertia of the doubly-fed fan; and evaluating the maximum available inertia of the doubly-fed fan based on the variable forgetting factor.
