The method comprises the following steps: determining a first intermediate library in butt joint with a transaction system and a second intermediate library in butt joint with a formal library in a supervision system; taking the data synchronized from the first intermediate library to the second intermediate library as initial data, and screening out complete data from the initial data; performing rule mapping processing on each piece of complete data according to the respective service type of each piece of complete data to obtain respective to-be-stored data of each piece of complete data; if the storage record of the to-be-stored data is not detected, or the to-be-stored data is the latest data, inserting the to-be-stored data in the second intermediate library into a formal library; and synchronizing the data in the for
