The device comprises a clamping assembly, a temperature control assembly, an environment cavity assembly, a strain control assembly and an atmosphere control assembly. The clamping assembly is used for fastening a sample and carrying out tension and compression loading, the temperature control assembly is used for rapidly heating and cooling molten salt and the sample, the environment cavity assembly is used for containing the molten salt, the strain control assembly is used for controlling loading of the sample, and the atmosphere control assembly is used for controlling atmosphere in an environment cavity.
