Zusammenfassung: | The invention relates to a bimetallic flywheel which comprises a flywheel body and a friction layer combined with a clutch, a cavity is formed in the face, opposite to the clutch, of the flywheel body, and molten iron of the friction layer is poured into the cavity to form the friction layer. The friction layer made of different materials and the flywheel body are integrally cast, on one hand, the friction layer makes contact with a clutch, the overall thermal stability and abrasion resistance of the flywheel can be improved, and the overall service life of the flywheel is prolonged; on the other hand, due to the fact that few materials are used for the friction layer, cost improvement caused by material lifting can be greatly reduced.
