Comprising the following steps: S1, analyzing prediction parameters influencing the productivity of the low-resistivity oil reservoir, and establishing a correlation between rock core analysis irreducible water saturation and rock core analysis permeability; s2, solving a cut-off value of a low-resistance oil layer T2, and calculating irreducible water saturation of the low-resistance oil layer; and S3, establishing a relationship between the saturation degree and the permeability of the nuclear magnetic movable fluid. The method has the beneficial effects that the low-resistance oil reservoir productivity prediction model based on the nuclear magnetism movable fluid saturation is established, and the low-resistance oil reservoir productivity prediction precision can be improved.
