Particle water-reducing and oil-increasing method for oil and gas well filling packer of fractured oil and gas reservoir

The oil and gas well comprises one or more production wells and one or more water injection wells used in cooperation with the production wells, and the water reducing and oil increasing method is characterized by comprising the following steps that filling liquid carrying packer particles is injected into well shafts and cracks of the water injection wells through well mouths of the water injection wells; the preset packing body particle filling amount is reached; and the production well is put into production or normal production. By adopting the technical scheme that the production well is filled with the packer particles from the water injection well, firstly, the operation cost is low, and the packer particles are directly added into the water injection of the water injection well; compared with the technical scheme that filling is directly conducted in the production well, the step of specially arranging a filling pump in the production well is omitted, normal production of the production well cannot be
