A guide hole is formed in the left end of the conical core rod, a guide sleeve is arranged in the guide hole in a sliding fit mode, a plurality of through holes are formed in the hole bottom of the guide hole, lifting pins are installed in the through holes, a push sleeve with an abutting face is arranged on the linear section in a sleeved mode, and the right end of each lifting pin abuts against the push sleeve.
