Zusammenfassung: | The present disclosure provides devices, methods, and systems for generating a plurality of droplets within a collection container at very high rates (e.g., at least 1 million droplets per minute, etc.), each of the plurality of droplets including an aqueous mixture for digital analysis, where the plurality of droplets are stabilized in place within the region of the collection container upon generation. The invention enables segmentation of a sample for digital analysis at an unprecedented rate, wherein readout of the signal from the target within such segmentation can still be obtained from various assays.
