The method comprises the following steps: S1, determining an organization boundary and an accounting boundary of enterprise carbon emission checking; s2, defining a carbon emission source in an enterprise organization boundary, and establishing a carbon emission activity list; s3, constructing a preliminary enterprise carbon emission accounting model based on an emission factor method; s4, acquiring consumption data of a certain part of carbon emission sources in the carbon emission activity list, and inputting the consumption data into the initial accounting model to obtain enterprise carbon emission; s5, subtracting the enterprise carbon emission obtained in the step S4 from the carbon emission monitoring data to obtain an error of an accounting model, correcting the accounting model according to the error, and determining a final enterprise carbon emission accounting model; and S6, inputting the obtained consumption data of
