The method comprises the following steps: generating unidirectional scattering as a design target; generating a regular V-shaped nano-structure image closest to a design target; carrying out scaling processing, randomly filling pixel values at the periphery of the contour, amplifying and adjusting an image binarization threshold value to obtain an irregular V-shaped nano-structure image; obtaining scattering distribution of the irregular V-shaped nanostructure image through a finite difference time domain algorithm; obtaining a prediction model of the irregular V-shaped nano-structure image by using the labeled sample and adopting mean square error loss; and optimizing the regular V-shaped nano-structure image according to a design target by combining the prediction model and Bayesian optimization, and generating the irregular V-shaped nano-antenna of which the directional scattering |
