Zusammenfassung: | The invention discloses a method, a device and equipment for determining two-dimensional solid surface stress probability distribution. The method comprises the following steps: acquiring height distribution of a two-dimensional solid surface with a fractal structure and a power spectral density function corresponding to the height distribution; calculating the coefficient of the pressure vertical displacement probability distribution equation; calculating a static contact diffusion variance; measuring the contact force of static contact; and according to the height distribution, the power spectral density function, the coefficient, the static contact diffusion variance and the contact force, calculating a numerical solution of the probability distribution by using a numerical method through a series analytic solution of the probability distribution.
