The system comprises a sensor module, a data acquisition module, a control module, a display and alarm module and a data storage module. The method comprises the following steps: measuring the temperature of each part of the gas turbine; collecting, sorting and transmitting temperature data of each part of the gas turbine; processing the collected and arranged data, and providing a corresponding control strategy according to the temperature change condition; displaying the temperature of each part of the gas turbine, and giving an alarm when the temperature of each part exceeds a safety range; and recording the temperature data of each part of the gas turbine, and sorting to obtain historical data.
