A conventional free forging hammer and a conventional die forging hammer are adopted, and a blank forming tire die and a round insert finish forging die are reasonably designed, so that a qualified forge piece meeting the machining requirement is obtained. The blank making tire mold is composed of a male mold, a female mold, a cushion block and a cylindrical pin, the working face of the male mold is designed to have the inclination of 3-7 degrees, metal is forced to flow towards one side, meanwhile, longitudinal burrs are prevented from being generated between the male mold and the female mold, and the requirement for die forging forming is met. The forging is produced by adopting the method, the metal streamline is along the longitudinal direction of the shaft rod of the c
