Zusammenfassung:[Problem] To suppress an increase in DC resistance caused by roughening in a coil component including a spiral pattern. [Solution] The present invention is provided with: a first step for forming a conductor layer (10) including a spiral pattern (SP1) formed by helically winding a plurality of turns; a second step for selectively roughening the upper surface (93) of the spiral pattern (SP1) and the upper region (91) of the side surface (90) along the circumferential direction; and a third step of forming an insulating resin layer (71) embedded in the conductor layer (10), and repeating the first to third steps. Thus, since the upper surface (93) of the spiral pattern (SP1) and the upper region (91) of the side surface (90) are selectively coarsened, it is possible to suppress an increase in DC resistance caused by excessive coarsening of the lower region (92) of the side surface (90).
