Zusammenfassung:Methods and systems are provided for evaluating a region of interest in a circulatory system of a subject. The method comprises: obtaining (210) a time sequence of ultrasound image frames of the region of interest; obtaining (220, 320) one or more trained models; inputting (250, 350) a time sequence of ultrasound image frames into the one or more trained models; and analyzing (260, 360) a time sequence of ultrasound image frames using the one or more trained models to produce output data characterizing a condition of the region of interest, where the output data characterizes a degree of atherosclerosis or calcification of the region of interest, and where the region of interest is an aortic valve.
