According to the method, the steel slag slurry and the industrial flue gas are mixed in the three-phase micro-interface enhanced carbon capture system for carbonization reaction, so that carbon dioxide in the flue gas can be rapidly captured, and a carbonized steel slag micro powder product with high aragonite content is obtained; wherein the three-phase micro-interface enhanced carbon capture system is composed of two stages of tandem reaction kettles, the first-stage reaction kettle is a carbon capture reaction section, is low in liquid-solid ratio and small in reaction volume, and is used for rapidly capturing carbon dioxide, and the second-stage reaction kettle is a crystal form control section, is larger in liquid-solid ratio and higher in stirring speed, and is used for rapidly capturing carbon dioxide.
