Zusammenfassung:The invention provides a system and a method for improving the image resolution of a three-dimensional refractive index microscope based on an artificial intelligence technology. The present invention provides a technique for converting a low-resolution three-dimensional refractive index microscope image into a high-resolution three-dimensional refractive index image based on artificial intelligence without physical-mechanical conversion and re-shooting. Namely, the present invention is characterized in that the physical correlation between low-resolution three-dimensional refractive index microscope images and high-resolution three-dimensional refractive index images of various test pieces such as cells and tissues is learned, and artificial intelligence techniques such as deep learning are applied on the basis of the physical correlation, so that the high-resolution three-dimensional refractive index microscope images can be obtained without changing the physical microscope.
