Zusammenfassung:The invention relates to the technical field of inertial navigation, in particular to a shipborne photoelectric theodolite and inertial navigation dock outer shafting alignment method which comprises the following steps: S1, realizing alignment of inertial navigation and a horizontal shafting of a base on the ground by utilizing a leveling mechanism; s2, mounting the base on a surveying ship to realize alignment of course, rolling and trim of a ship body base coordinate system and a ship body inertial navigation coordinate system; s3, guiding each fixed star into the field of view of the photoelectric theodolite in combination with an output angle of inertial navigation, calculating all single differences of the photoelectric theodolite, and correcting system errors of the photoelectric theodolite; and S4, calculating the angle measurement error of the photoelectric theodolite in a star beat mode, and eliminating the accumulated error of inertial navigation outside the dock by combining the angle measurement
