Zusammenfassung:	The invention discloses an air conditioner which comprises a machine shell, a first air inlet, a first air outlet, a second air inlet and a second air outlet. The evaporator assembly is used for driving gas to flow from the first air inlet to the first air outlet; the condenser assembly is arranged in the machine shell and used for driving gas to flow from the second air inlet to the second air outlet, and the evaporator assembly and the condenser assembly are spaced in the first direction of the air conditioner; and the compressor is arranged between the evaporator assembly and the condenser assembly. Therefore, by arranging the compressor in the gap between the evaporator assembly and the condenser assembly, the compressor can effectively utilize the space between the evaporator assembly and the condenser assembly, compared with the prior art, the structure of the air conditioner can be more compact, and the size of the air conditioner can be reduced; therefore, the air conditioner can be installed in a nar
