The preparation method comprises the steps of copper plating on the surface of tungsten powder, copper plating on the surface of titanium silicon carbide, mechanical ball milling and mixing, activated sintering and aging, deformation processing and annealing treatment, and interface wettability among the tungsten powder, the titanium silicon carbide and the copper powder is improved by introducing the activated copper element.
