Zusammenfassung:	The invention discloses an airlift fermentation tank and a data acquisition system thereof, a seed tank is fixed in a cavity formed in the fermentation tank through a fixing rod, a discharge pipe extending into the cavity is arranged at the bottom of the seed tank, and a control assembly is arranged on the discharge pipe; wherein the temperature of the seed tank is directly controlled through a culture medium in the fermentation tank, and seeds are transferred into the fermentation tank by using a control assembly after fermentation of the seed tank is finished. After the seed tank is fixed on the fixing rod, the fixing rod is mounted in a cavity in the fermentation tank by using a bolt to complete the fixation of the seed tank, then seeds are added into the seed tank, the temperature of the seed tank is directly controlled through a culture medium in the fermentation tank, and after the fermentation of the seed tank is finished, the control assembly is used for controlling the opening of the discharge pipe.
