Zusammenfassung:The invention provides a bio-based PA56 composite material as well as a preparation method and application thereof. The preparation method comprises the following steps: providing aminated attapulgite modified bio-based PA56; uniformly mixing the bio-based PA56 and the thermal stability additive to form a blend; the blend is subjected to extrusion granulation, the bio-based PA56 composite material is obtained, and the thermal stability auxiliary agent comprises zinc oxide, a polyol compound and an amine antioxidant. The bio-based PA56 composite material prepared by the method not only has high strength performance, but also has significantly improved thermal stability, and still maintains good tensile strength after thermo-oxidative aging treatment. 本发明提供一种生物基PA56复合材料及其制备方法和应用。所述制备方法包括:提供胺化凹凸棒土改性的生物基PA56;将所述生物基PA56和热稳定助剂均匀混合形成共混物;将所述共混物挤出造粒,得到生物基PA56复合材料,其中所述热稳定助剂包括氧化锌、多元醇化合物和胺类抗氧剂。通过上述方法制备得到的生物基PA56复合材料不仅具有高强度性能,同时其热稳定性能显著提高,在进行热氧老化处理后仍保持良好的拉伸强度。
