The method comprises the following steps: feeding raw materials into a pre-cooling area, and then feeding the raw materials into a micro-channel reaction area for contact, the micro-channel reaction zone comprises a low-temperature module, a medium-temperature module, a high-temperature module and a quenching module which are connected in sequence, and the low-temperature module, the medium-temperature module, the high-temperature module and the quenching module respectively consist of at least one set of static tubular reactors; the raw material B is mixed acid of concentrated sulfuric acid and concentrated nitric acid.
