Zusammenfassung: | The invention relates to the technical field of hub machining, and discloses a forged aluminum alloy hub cold machining process which comprises the steps of (1) forging rough machining and (8) forming, the process parameters are practical, the flow is easy to operate, machined parts can be effectively prevented from deforming, meanwhile, the machining difficulty is reduced, the formed process route, parameters and procedures can be clear in CAPP, and the machining efficiency is improved. And reference can be provided for optimization of a subsequent hub process, the formed process module can provide a basis for process modular nesting, and basic conditions are prepared for digital intelligent manufacturing of hubs.
