The welding seam milling device comprises a milling mechanism and a position adjusting mechanism. The milling mechanism comprises a milling assembly and a chip collecting assembly, the chip collecting assembly is provided with a collecting groove, the milling assembly is arranged in the collecting groove, the milling assembly is used for milling a welding seam, and the chip collecting assembly is used for collecting waste chips milled by the milling assembly through a groove opening of the collecting groove; the milling mechanism is arranged on the position adjusting mechanism, and the position adjusting mechanism is used for driving the milling mechanism to move.
