Zusammenfassung:The invention discloses a stock garbage excavated object geomembrane semi-closed rapid stable dehydration system and method.The system comprises an excavated object geomembrane semi-closed placement site, a heat pump and a humus soil treatment device, the excavated object geomembrane semi-closed placement site comprises a semi-closed plant, and an air pipe, a percolate pipe and a hot water pipe are arranged below the semi-closed plant; an automatic film covering device and an air draft device are arranged in the semi-closed plant to cover the dug materials with films and ventilate the dug materials; the air draft device is sequentially connected with the heat pump and the humus soil treatment device; the humus soil treatment device comprises a supporting layer, a humus soil layer, a water distribution layer and a hot water pipe which are communicated and circulated through the hot water pipe; and the leachate pipe is communicated with the humus soil treatment device. The novel heat pump technology is adopted,
