Zusammenfassung: | The invention discloses a preparation method of a steel-based super-hydrophobic coating, and particularly relates to a method for preparing a super-hydrophobic coating with self-repairing and photo-thermal properties on a steel substrate by using a polydopamine microcapsule. The method comprises the following steps: (1) constructing a large-size cavity structure on the steel surface by using a laser ablation method; and (2) coating the obtained rough surface with PDA microcapsules wrapped with ODTMS (octadecyl trimethoxysilane) by using a dip-coating method. A preparation method of the PDA microcapsule comprises the following steps: ultrasonically dispersing ODTMS in an alkaline solution, then adding dopamine hydrochloride (DA-HCl), and heating in a water bath; the super-hydrophobic coating obtained by the method has good photo-thermal characteristics.
