Zusammenfassung:The invention relates to a scalp electroencephalogram signal-based brain internal neural activity tracing method and system, and the method comprises the following steps: building a virtual brain model through employing a physiological interpretation nerve cluster model, a whole brain map and brain physiological connection, and recording the number of the nerve cluster models; converting brain internal neural activities generated by the EEG measurement model according to the virtual brain model into scalp electroencephalogram signals; constructing a brain internal neural activity traceability neural network: generating internal brain activity data with spatial features and time features by using a virtual brain model, and obtaining corresponding electroencephalogram signals through an EEG measurement model; and constructing a data set by using the obtained internal brain activity data and the corresponding electroencephalogram signals, wherein the data set is used for training a brain internal neural activity
