The method comprises the following steps: constructing a biogas purification system, sequentially connecting desulfurization equipment, water removal equipment, a gas compressor and membrane separation equipment through pipelines, and arranging a flow meter, a gas component online analyzer, a pressure sensor and a flow meter in the system; monitoring data are transmitted to an upper computer, and an optimal operation parameter combination of the biogas purification system is obtained by establishing a function relationship; and the PLC or the DCS is used for adjusting, so that the system operation meets the requirements of the optimal operation parameter combination, and the optimal control on the biogas purification process is realized.
