According to the present invention, the lotus NlTPS1 gene, the geminivirus vector, the virus infection enhancer and other components are utilized to prepare the universal shade-tolerant molecule regulator in ornamental plants, and the shade-tolerant molecule regulator comprises an overexpression vector IL60s-1-NlTPS1, an auxiliary virus vector IL60s-2, polybrene, glucose, dimethyl sulfoxide, magnesium chloride and deionized water.
