Zusammenfassung: | The invention relates to an MOCA production wastewater treatment and resource recycling method which comprises the following steps: S1, adding an H2O2 solution into wastewater, and fully stirring for 0.5-1 hour; s2, blowing O3 into the wastewater in the S1, fully stirring for 3-4 hours, and fully degrading the aniline nitrogen-containing organic matters by utilizing the composite strong oxidation capacity of H2O2-O3 to form a wastewater system taking ammonia nitrogen as an intermediate characteristic product; s3, adding Ca (OH) 2 emulsion into the wastewater in S2, fully stirring for 1-2 hours, and adjusting the pH value to 10.5-11.5; s4, pumping the wastewater in the step S3 into a steam stripping ammonia distillation tower device, introducing saturated steam, performing constant-temperature ammonia distillation for 1-3 hours, and recovering ammonia water with the concentration of 20-30%; s5, carrying out filter pressing on a concentrated solution obtained after the wastewater is subjected to steam stripping |
