The visual intelligent induction controlled-release antibacterial coating disclosed by the invention is prepared from oxidized carboxymethyl cellulose, hydrogel prepared from chitosan, polypeptide FK13-a1, an antibiotic meropenem and a pH indicator. The amino acid sequence of the polypeptide FK13-a1 provided by the invention is as shown in SEQ ID NO. 1. The controlled-release antibacterial coating provided by the invention has relatively remarkable antibacterial activity.
