The invention provides a cup cover assembly and a food processor. A cup lid assembly for assembly to an integral cup. The cup cover assembly comprises a cup cover and a filter screen arranged on the cup cover. The filter screen is provided with a first air outlet hole. The cup cover is provided with a siphon channel, a liquid storage cavity and a second air outlet hole. The siphon channel is communicated with the first air outlet and the liquid storage cavity. The second air outlet communicates with the liquid storage cavity and the external space. When the slurry in the cup body is heated, the slurry can overflow from the first air outlet hole and can enter the liquid storage cavity through the siphon channel. Slurry in the liquid storage cavity can flow back into the cup body through the siphon channel and the first air outlet hole.
