Zusammenfassung: | The invention discloses a miniaturized multi-zero-point wide-stop-band on-chip band-pass filter. The filter comprises four grounded series LC resonance circuits and a pair of electromagnetic hybrid coupling units, the filter comprises eight lumped inductors, eight lumped capacitors and four zero points, and the series LC resonance circuits control the zero points. Zero points at two ends of a pass band improve selectivity of the filter, and zero points at a high-frequency far end expand a stop band of the filter. According to the filter topology, lumped parameter original design is adopted, and different design requirements are met by changing inductance and capacitance values and adjusting the position of a zero point, the center frequency and the like. The filter realizes capacitance through the plate capacitor and realizes inductance through the octagonal spiral inductor.
