Zusammenfassung: | The dielectric composition according to the present invention comprises: dielectric particles containing a main component (1.020 < m) represented by the compositional formula ((CaxSr (1-x)) O) m ((TiyHfzZr (1-y-z)) O2); a grain boundary phase between the dielectric particles; and a segregated phase containing at least Ca, Si, and O (oxygen). A segregated phase that further contains Mn among the segregated phases is defined as a first segregated phase, and a segregated phase that does not substantially contain Mn among the segregated phases is defined as a second segregated phase. Furthermore, the dielectric composition satisfies 0.23 < (N1/(N1 + N2)) < = 1.00, where N1 is the number of the first segregated phases contained in the predetermined cross-sectional area of the dielectric composition, and N2 is the number of the second segregated phases contained in the predetermined cross-sectional area of the dielectric composition.
