Zusammenfassung: | The invention provides a manufacturing method of a coil capable of generating a high-intensity magnetic field through large current, which comprises the following steps of: (1) winding an enameled wire by using a winding mold to obtain an enameled wire coil; (2) winding an insulated wire in the axial direction of the coil in the step (1) to achieve a complete covering effect, winding the insulated wire in the circumferential direction, and brushing epoxy resin glue while winding in the axial direction and the circumferential direction; (3) putting the coil wound by the insulated wire in the step (2) into a pouring mold, slowly pouring vacuumized epoxy resin glue, and standing at room temperature; and (4) measuring coil inductance, placing the coil in a coil vacuum environment, and measuring whether the vacuum degree is met.
