The method comprises the following steps: establishing a weight target model of the demand response system, inputting trapezoidal fuzzy numbers among influence indexes of the demand response system into the model, processing by using an optimal and worst method, and outputting trapezoidal fuzzy number conversion brittle numbers of the influence indexes; and establishing an operation situation monitoring model, converting a trapezoidal fuzzy number into a brittle number, inputting the brittle number into the model, processing by using a fuzzy MARCOS method, and outputting a situation monitoring result to realize operation situation monitoring of the demand response system.
