The method comprises the following steps: step 1, carrying out node model subdivision based on a speed model; 2, extracting parameters and storing related parameters; step 3, constructing a new radial basis function difference matrix; step 4, calculating a difference weighting coefficient; 5, solving the viscoacoustic anisotropy equation based on a meshless finite difference method, and calculating a seismic wave field; and step 6, outputting a seismic wave field. According to the method, flexible node subdivision is carried out based on the speed model, the influence of deformation parameters is eliminated by improving the difference matrix solving process, and the high-precision seismic wave numerical simulation result is obtained by substituting the stable difference coefficient into the viscoacoustic anisotropy equation, so that the precision and stability of seismic data processing can be effectively imp
