Zusammenfassung:	The invention relates to a liquid crystal aligning agent, a liquid crystal alignment film and a liquid crystal display element. The invention provides a liquid crystal aligning agent, a liquid crystal aligning film and a liquid crystal display element. The liquid crystal aligning agent is excellent in voltage holding ratio, fast in relaxation of accumulated charge, and good in liquid crystal aligning property and transparency. The liquid crystal aligning agent contains the following component (A), component (B) and an organic solvent. Component (A): at least one polymer selected from the group consisting of a polyimide precursor, an imidized polymer of the polyimide precursor, and a photosensitive side-chain acrylic polymer exhibiting liquid crystallinity in a temperature range of 100-300 DEG C. Component (B): a compound represented by formula (1) (wherein Q1 and Q2 are (Q1-1) or the like, and either Q1 or Q2 is (Q1-1)) (q1 and q2 are 0 or 1, R1 is a hydrogen atom or the like, R2 is a hydrogen atom or the lik
