Zusammenfassung:The invention provides a method for evaluating the oil and gas plugging capacity of a fault based on a section inclination angle in an extended basin. The method comprises the steps that 1, the oil and gas containing height h of a forward fault of a found oil reservoir is determined; 2, calculating true dip angles a of all forward faults; 3, calculating a stratigraphic dip angle b of a fault descending disc; 4, determining the quantitative relation of the influence of the fault dip angle a and the stratigraphic dip angle b on the oil-gas-containing height h; step 5, constructing a forward fault plugging evaluation parameter R; and step 6, determining the value domain range of the R when the forward fault is blocked. The method for evaluating the fault oil and gas blocking capacity based on the section dip angle takes three-dimensional seismic data as the basis, the fault and stratum form is fully utilized, and application is easy and convenient. The plugging characteristics of the fault can be effectively eva
