Zusammenfassung: | The invention discloses a method for rapidly detecting sodium cyclamate in liquor, which comprises the following steps: preparing a natural eutectic solvent fluorescent probe from xylitol and acetamide, and determining the content of sodium cyclamate in liquor to be detected by using the linear relationship between the concentration of sodium cyclamate and the fluorescence intensity. The whole detection process is good in stability, less in time consumption, accurate in result and obvious in detection effect, obvious fluorescence enhancement is shown under the low concentration of sodium cyclamate, the fluorescence intensity is increased by ten times, and stable determination can be achieved within the wide pH range.
本发明公开了一种快速检测酒类中甜蜜素的方法,以木糖醇、乙酰胺两种原料制备天然低共熔溶剂荧光探针,并利用甜蜜素浓度与荧光强度之间存在线性关系,测定待测酒中甜蜜素的含量;整个检测过程稳定性好、耗时少、结果准确,检测效果明显,在甜蜜素较低浓度下表现出明显的荧光增强,荧光强度增加高达十倍,且能在较宽的pH范围内能够实现稳定测定。 |
