Zusammenfassung: | The invention relates to a cold heading steel surface quality detection method which specifically comprises the following steps: selecting a hydrochloric acid solution, heating the hydrochloric acid solution to a preset temperature, and continuously preserving heat; taking a cold forging steel part rolling sample to be detected, placing the rolling sample in a heat-insulating hydrochloric acid solution for erosion, and setting an erosion time period; the eroded rolling sample is taken out of the hydrochloric acid solution and washed with clear water, and water on the surface of the rolling sample is blown away; turning on strong light to directly blow the dried rolling sample, and distinguishing the defect morphology and the formation position of the rolling sample according to the yin and yang surfaces generated by the scattering of a strong light source; the method is used for judging and correcting problems in the rolling process in time and mastering quality information of finished products in time.
