Zusammenfassung: | The invention discloses a phase measuring device for terahertz free space wave beam output, which comprises a measuring front end formed by a three-axis displacement platform and a high-precision power detector, scans a wave beam plane at a plurality of adjacent positions in a transmission (longitudinal) direction, and outputs a wave beam to the measuring front end under the instruction of a control module. And the acquisition module synchronously records data of the corresponding sampling planes, transmits the data to a phase program for calculation, and reversely derives to obtain phase information of each to-be-measured plane through an iterative approximation mode on the basis of known amplitude information by using codes written based on a vector diffraction theory, so that measurement of the free space terahertz wave beam phase is realized.
