Zusammenfassung:The invention discloses an RT-RAA-LFD kit for rapidly detecting bovine enterovirus and application of the RT-RAA-LFD kit, and belongs to the technical field of biological detection. The invention discloses a complete set of nucleic acid for detecting bovine enterovirus. The complete set of nucleic acid comprises a forward primer, a reverse primer and a probe, wherein the nucleotide sequences of the forward primer and the reverse primer are shown as SEQ ID NO: 1 and SEQ ID NO: 6, and the nucleotide sequence of the probe is shown as SEQ ID NO: 7. On the basis of a 5 'UTR conserved region of the bovine enterovirus, forward and reverse primers and probes with high specificity are designed by applying an RT-RAA-LFD primer and probe design principle, and the kit capable of detecting bovine enterovirus nucleic acid as low as 10 copies/[mu] L is prepared by optimizing an RT-RAA-LFD reaction system and reaction conditions.
