Zusammenfassung: | The invention provides a molecular marker related to occurrence of teenager type glaucoma. The molecular marker comprises the following genes: CRYBB3, FOXC1, GJA1, ADAMTS17, FBN1, AGBL1, FOXC2, LTBP2, MYOC, BCOR, PITX2, CPAMD8, JAG1, BMP4, TEK and CYP1B1. The invention further provides application of the molecular marker in preparation of products for screening or auxiliary diagnosis of teenager glaucoma. The invention also provides a screening or auxiliary diagnosis kit for teenager glaucoma. The molecular marker is used for screening or auxiliary diagnosis of teenager type glaucoma and is high in sensitivity and specificity, the kit prepared from the molecular marker can reduce the cost of single detection and screening, meanwhile, the detection rate of teenager type glaucoma is remarkably increased, and the accuracy, sensitivity, specificity and stability of the kit are higher.
