Zusammenfassung: | The invention relates to an algal lactone compound as well as a preparation method and application thereof, and belongs to the field of marine natural products. The algal lactone compound is obtained by extraction and separation from sargassum thunbergii, an anti-tumor activity experiment shows that the median inhibitory concentration (IC50) of the compound to human kidney clear cell adenocarcinoma cells (786-O), human gallbladder cancer cells (GBC-SD) and human embryo kidney cells (293T) is 8.4 mu M, 4.6 mu M and 6.2 mu M, and meanwhile, the compound also has proliferation inhibition activity to human gastric cancer cells (MKN-45) and human cervical cancer cells (HeLa). The compound can be used for preparing anti-tumor drugs.
