The adjusting mechanism comprises an adjusting seat, an adjusting piece and a connecting shaft. The adjusting seat is provided with an adjusting hole and a connecting hole, the adjusting hole penetrates through the adjusting seat in the first direction, the connecting hole penetrates through the adjusting seat in the second direction, the first direction is orthogonal to the second direction, the connecting shaft is eccentrically arranged in the adjusting hole, the adjusting piece is arranged in the adjusting hole, and the adjusting piece is arranged on the connecting shaft.
